By using JOG you agree to these terms. JOG is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What JOG is
JOG is an independent informational tool, published by BEFYR AB (Sweden), that surfaces public trading activity on Polymarket. JOG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.
Not advice
Nothing in JOG is financial, investment, or betting advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation. Prediction markets carry risk, including the risk of losing money. Any decision you make is your own. Always do your own research and comply with the laws that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or its data — including scraping, automated abuse, attempting to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineering it except where the law allows.
Intellectual property
The JOG name, the BEFYR name, and the app's design and content are owned by BEFYR AB. Market data displayed in the app originates from third-party public sources and belongs to its respective owners.
Third-party services
JOG links to and relies on third-party services, including Polymarket and the Apple and Google app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
JOG is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that market data is accurate, complete, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEFYR AB is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
